MAP Violation Disciplinary Actions may be as follows:

2. Termination of Business Relationship

For the purpose of this MAP Policy, promotions, exchanges, coupons, discounts, product combination specials, internet specials or deals, and package deals shall be considered advertising by Olive Gold 03, and if such prices cause Distributor’s prices to be below the MAP prices published by Olive Gold 03, Olive Gold 03 may take disciplinary action against Distributor.

Any wholesale distribution to Distributor by Olive Gold 03 or exchange of products by Olive Gold 03, at a discount off of wholesale or for less than suggested pricing, shall occur at Olive Gold 03 discretion. No such arrangement shall be considered consent by Olive Gold 03 for Distributor to advertise or sell Olive Gold 03 products at prices below the MAP Policy prices.Olive Gold 03 reserves the right to sell retail products below MAP pricing for product promotions and brand awareness.
